In addition to the standard sizes, the JBS E-SERIES 4.0 now introduces an all-new 30ft 3-axle configuration. This larger option is equipped with a carrying capacity of up to 72,000lbs, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications and demanding tasks.

UNI-BODY WALL DESIGN.
The new uni-body wall design aims to create a modern look by incorporating sleek lines and modern elements. The wall design not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also improves the overall functionality of the machine.

STRONGER SUB FLOOR ASSEMBLY.
The stronger sub floor assembly ensures the stability of the 4.0, reducing the risk of structural failure. The improved assembly incorporates stronger materials that are capable of withstanding heavy loads and impacts. By reinforcing the sub floor, the structural integrity of the machine is enhanced, making it more durable and resilient.

BETTER CLEARANCE FOR DEBRIS UNDERNEATH, LESS OBSTRUCTION FOR PRODUCT HOLD UP.
The better clearance for debris underneath the machine ensures better accessibility for maintenance purposes and reduces the possibility of debris creating obstructions.

SRT18 – SRT22 HD BEATER GEARBOX. (NOW THE SAME AS THE JBS WIDE BODY GEARBOX).
The upgrade made to the SRT18 – SRT22 HD BEATER gearbox enhances the overall performance and durability of the gearbox, ensuring smoother operations and extended life. With the upgrade, the gearbox now provides enhanced efficiency and improved reliability. The SR22 allows our dealer network to stock fewer parts, as it shares several of the same components as the JBS Wide Body.

STANDARD 4FT BULKHEAD FOR BETTER PROTECTION FROM BEATER DEBRIS.
This bulkhead provides an additional barrier against beater debris, reducing the risk of accidents and injuries. By incorporating this standard feature, the machine ensures a safer and cleaner working environment.

HYDRAULIC HOUSE ROUTING THROUGH CHASIS FRAME MEMBERS.
The 4.0 design includes hydraulic hose routing through the chassis frame members. This strategic placement prevents any interference or damage to the hoses.

INCREASE OVERALL STRUCTURAL RIDGITY.
The 4.0 has undergone an increase in overall structural rigidity, enhancing its stability and resistance.
