The E-Series offers a diverse range of options that cater to various needs and preferences. In addition to the standard sizes, NEW for 2024 we have introduced an all-new 30ft 3-axle configuration. This larger option is equipped with a carrying capacity of up to 72,000lbs, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications and demanding tasks.

SRT18 – SRT22 HD Beater Gearbox
The upgrade made to the SRT18 – SRT22 HD beater gearbox enhances the overall performance and durability of the gearbox, ensuring smoother operations and extended life. With the upgrade, the gearbox now provides enhanced efficiency and improved reliability. The SR22 allows our dealer network to stock fewer parts, as it shares several of the same components as the JBS Wide Body.
Standard 4FT Bulkhead

Hydraulic Hose Routing
The 4.0 design includes hydraulic hose routing through the chassis frame members. This strategic placement prevents any interference or damage to the hoses.

Front Wall Structural Support Upgrade

OPTIONAL UPGRADES
HURRICANE BEATERS
Consistent and accurate spreading for low applications of lightweight and fine materials. The JBS Hurricane Attachment is an optional spreading attachment for JBS Manure Spreaders. The rear gate is adjustable on the Hurricane Attachment allowing for a more consistent spread, even in windy environments. JBS spinners and horizontal beaters are driven by gearboxes. As a result, this makes the JBS Hurricane Attachment less maintenance as well as longer lasting. Not to mention, you can also switch from the Vertimax Attachment to the Hurricane Attachment in less than an hour.
SCALE & RATE CONTROLLER SYSTEM
Calculate the volume going out the back of a spreader, based on the width and height of the spreader gate and an encoder telling the system how fast the floor is moving. The rate controller controls a hydraulic valve which speeds up or slows down the speed of the floor based on how fast the spreader is moving and the desired application rate. When weight bars are tied to the rate controller, the system can calculate how much has been spread over a given distance using scales.
FLIGHT PROTECTION SYSTEM
Incorporate flight protection into the machines beater knifes using hardened steel. Additional support is also wrapped around the knife increasing strenth and durability.
